No. 2 Julio Jones vs. New Orleans

Will Julio Jones finally get red zone touches? It still feels weird to say that. That should be obvious, yet it’s not. Jones when in the zone, no pun intended, is easily a top three receiver in the league.

The Falcons struggled against the Eagles to open but played a sound game against the Panthers on Sunday to get to 1-1. Everyone in the NFC South is looking up to the Buccaneers right now. 1-1 across the board for everyone else. So this one is a big matchup. If the Falcons can secure wins over two division rivals to get to 2-1, that’s a good sign for the postseason even this early in the year.

The fact that Jones, even in the opening loss, had 169 yards and no touchdowns is crazy. Jones only had five catches in the win over Carolina. In a matchup with a Saints team that hasn’t had a great start to the season, losing to the Buccaneers at home and then a slim three point win over Cleveland, this game has all the makings of a classic divisional showdown.
