Defense/special teams – Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars against the Sam Darnold led New York Jets isn’t a sneaky play or one that’s going to shock the world. To simply put it, this is the smartest play in Week 4. Sam Darnold has thrown five interceptions through three games. Darnold has looked like a true rookie quarterback in the NFL.

The Jaguars rank seventh in total defense. Allowing only 286.3 yards a game, 171 passing yards and a mere 14.7 points a game. Even with all of Jalen Ramsey’s big talk, the Jaguars have still lived up to the hype of being one of the NFL’s best defenses all around. Just like we thought they would Jacksonville has dominated and looks to continue that trend in week four.

Jacksonville will swarm and overwhelm the young Darnold at home. The Jets don’t look to have a shot at winning this game, let alone score a touchdown. Sam Darnold will have a rough week four showing giving Jacksonville a clear advantage in this matchup. With the defensive prowess of Jalen Ramsey, amongst others, the Jaguars are licking their chops to get after the young quarterback and respectively welcome him to the NFL.

Projection: 250 total yards allowed, 3 INT, 2 Fumble recoveries, 5 sacks.
