College GameDay’s Lee Corso will make his latest headgear pick of the season. This time, it’s for Penn State vs. Ohio State—a matchup of ranked teams in the Big Ten.

College GameDay will return on Saturday, Sept. 29 for another edition of Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, Maria Taylor and other ESPN experts to discuss the weekend’s slate of college football. It kicks off everything before the games start at 12:00 p.m. ET.

For the latest GameDay, everyone will travel to State College, PA for a battle between Penn State and Ohio State. Both teams sit ranked in the top 10 and also have Big Ten position on the line, even this early in the season, to help maneuver towards the top of their division.

To close each GameDay, as always, Corso will make his headgear selection. It’s the most dramatic but entertaining part of the show, as the former coach dons the mascot headgear of the on-site team he chooses. Sept. 22’s show resulted in the pick of Oregon.

On the 29th, Corso had to choose between Ohio State and Penn State. It’s arguably his most difficult decision yet, given where both teams stand in the college football rankings, so will the Nittany Lion fans see a positive end to their GameDay experience?

In the end, he went with…

This matchup marks Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer’s return to the sidelines, after a three-game suspension for the handling of the domestic violence with ex-assistant coach Zach Smith. The team went 3-0 without him, as quarterback Dwayne Haskins led the way through the air, while a host of running backs worked the ground game.

As for Penn State, they also remain perfect but have hardly played premier football, especially against Appalachian State in Week 1. Can they pull off the ranking upset?
