No. 2 Dede Westbrook vs New York (Jets)

I’m waiting for the Dede Westbrook breakout. When Marqise Lee went down I penciled Westbrook as the potential leader for this receiver core when all was said and done this season. Westbrook started slow but picked it up against New England before struggling last week against the Titans.

Westbrook does, however, have 12 catches over the first three games and will be looking for his first 100-yard receiving game of the season. I think that could be this week. That’s a tad bit of a stretch but Westbrook provides a big play ability that could light up the Jets this week.

Against New England, Bortles was surgical to all options including Westbrook and Keelan Cole. If Bortles can find that consistency he’ll be someone Bortles attacks defenses with moving forward.

The Jaguars are coming off a dud against Tennessee and will be looking to get this Super Bowl hopeful bunch back on track. The Jets on the slate this week, I like Jacksonville but I also really like Westbrook.
