A look at the full match card, start time, live stream information and predictions for the inaugural edition of WWE Super Show-Down.

For the first time since 2002, WWE is hosting a big-time event in Melbourne, Australia as Super Show-Down hits the WWE Network this Saturday, Oct. 6. At least I think we’re supposed to believe that this is a big-time event. To me, an event that doesn’t have one title from Monday Night RAW  on the line looks more like a glorified house show at Madison Square Garden, but maybe that’s just me. The WWE Universal Champion, the Intercontinental Champion and the RAW Tag Team Champs are all part of one big six-man tag as The Shield takes on Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, who I think I’m supposed to be calling The Dogs of War but won’t do that … ever. And Ronda Rousey is thrown into a six-woman tag as well so the RAW Women’s Championship isn’t up for grabs. Super fun.

Back in 2002 at WWE Global Warning, more than 56,000 fans packed Colonial Stadium to watch The Rock defeat Brock Lesnar and Triple H in a Triple Threat Match to retain the WWE Undisputed Championship. This time around, more than 100,000 fans are expected to fill the Melbourne Cricket Ground, known to the locals as the MCG (not to be confused with the director of Smash Mouth and Sugar Ray videos … oh, and don’t forget those “classic” Charlie’s Angels flicks and a really bad Terminator movie) and 16 years later, Triple H will still be part of the main event as he takes on The Undertaker for the very last time. Um, didn’t I hear that exact same thing in 2012? More on this in a bit.

There actually are titles on the line, the biggest being the WWE Championship as AJ Styles once again battle Samoa Joe, this time in a No Disqualification Match. The SmackDown Women’s Championship and tag titles are on the line, as is a No. 1 contender slot for the biggest prize in the game as Daniel Bryan goes one-on-one with The Miz. John Cena is also back for this one (I guess it MUST be a big show then) in a pointless tag match.

But before we hit the full match card and get into some predictions, let’s take a look at the how, when and where you can watch WWE Super Show-Down. Oh, I get it. It’s a WWE Super Show … and it’s Australia so they hyphenated before getting to the Down part … you know, because Australia is Down Under. So clever. But do take note of the massive time change and be prepared to get up early (or stay up late if that’s your thing) if you want to watch this live in North America.
