FLEX: Joe Mixon, RB, Cincinnati Bengals

vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Sunday 1:00pm

FanDuel: $7,800

The Cincinnati Bengals haven’t been able to get Joe Mixon more involved the past few weeks because of the flow of the game. This past week they were down by a lot to the Kansas City Chiefs for basically the entire night.

However, Mixon is an important part of their offensive attack. He’s someone who needs to get more touches and should be a bigger part of the passing game.

Cincinnati has a favorable matchup this week against the porous Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense. The problem is that the Buccaneers biggest weakness is in the secondary which is where the Bengals will likely attack.

However, Mixon’s skills as a pass catchers should help him put up strong fantasy numbers.

Backup Option: George Kittle, TE, San Francisco 49ers

@ Arizona Cardinals, Sunday 4:25pm

FanDuel: $6,800

The San Francisco 49ers just aren’t a good football team, but that doesn’t matter much for fantasy football purposes. This is a team that has been putting up some decent offensive numbers which has kept several players fantasy relevant.

George Kittle has been a steady performer while also providing some high point totals. He’s a strong play this week against the Arizona Cardinals.
