Rams are ready for Packers to challenge them
The Los Angeles Rams are the lone undefeated team in the NFL and are gearing up for a matchup against the Green Bay Packers this Sunday. They insist they are ready for the challenge.
The Los Angeles Rams feature one of the most prominent offenses in the NFL, but this Sunday they will face the NFL’s most prominent quarterback: Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers.
The Rams feature one of the NFL’s top offensive attacks, ranking first in rushing and total yards, and third in points per game. Their 235 points through seven games are the most scored in team history since 2000, and their performance has oddsmakers favoring them to win the Super Bowl.
But, the Rams know that playing the Packers and Rodgers will be a daunting task. Nevertheless, they are ready for all the challenges that come with the matchup. Sean McVay spoke on having to prepare for this Packers team that’s coming off a bye week.
"“We have a lot of games left,” McVay said of being 7-0. “[W]e have to do a great job preparing for a Green Bay Packers team that’s coming off some rest, we know what kind of guy they have leading the way — a lot of respect for coach [Mike] McCarthy — and it’s going to be a great challenge for us.”"
The Packers sport a 3-2-1 record, but it shouldn’t take away from the matchup being one of the most anticipated games of the year. Any team with Rodgers on it will always have a shot: it will be up to the Rams to shut down that notion and prove that they are the frontrunners in the NFC.

If the Rams can utilize their playmakers in quarterback Jared Goff, running back Todd Gurley II and receivers Brandin Cooks Cooper Kupp, then the challenge brought on by the Packers won’t be very difficult.
