It’s everyone’s favorite time of the week when we break down the Fantasy Football Rankings for Week 8 to see who we should be playing!

It’s really unbelievable that we’re already at the midway point(more or less) of the NFL season. Seemingly, it has gone by in a flash and the fantasy football playoffs are just around the corner. Before we get to far ahead of ourselves, Week 8 is up first so let’s go to work and dive into our Fantasy Football Rankings for this week in the NFL.

Fantasy Football Rankings – Quarterback

1. Patrick Mahomes, vs Denver Broncos

2. Drew Brees, at Minnesota Vikings

3. Aaron Rodgers, at Los Angles Rams – Don’t let a perceived tough matchup fool you. The Rams haven’t done well against good to great quarterbacks

4. Andrew Luck, at Oakland Raiders

5. Kirk Cousins, vs New Orleans Saints

6. Tom Brady, at Buffalo Bills – It’s not I think Brady will be bad by any stretch but I wonder how much the Patriots really need him to do

7. Jared Goff, vs Green Bay Packers – The concern with Goff will always be Todd Gurley just steals all his touchdowns

8. Ben Roethlisberger, vs Cleveland Browns

9. Andy Dalton, vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

10. Mitchell Trubisky, vs New York Jets – He’s not a quality NFL passer yet but he’s on fire in fantasy with the rushing upside added in

11. Cam Newton, vs Baltimore Ravens

12. Jameis Winston, at Cincinnati Bengals

13. Carson Wentz, vs Jacksonville Jaguars – A.J. Bouye missing this game doesn’t hurt Wentz or the passing game

14. Baker Mayfield, at Pittsburgh Steelers

15. Matthew Stafford, vs Seattle Seahawks

16. Russell Wilson, at Detroit Lions

17. C.J. Beathard, at Arizona Cardinals

18. Joe Flacco, at Carolina Panthers

19. Case Keenum, at Kansas City Chiefs – Garbage time stats count too!

20. Blake Bortles, vs Philadelphia Eagles – It would be the height of Bortling if he goes out and drops 300 yards and three touchdowns

21. Derek Carr, vs Indianapolis Colts

22. Alex Smith, at New York Giants

23. Josh Rosen, vs San Francisco Giants

24. Eli Manning, vs Washington Redskins – The Redskins defense has quietly been very good

25. Sam Darnold, at Chicago Bears

Fantasy Football Rankings – Running Back

1. Todd Gurley, vs Green Bay Packers

2. Kareem Hunt, vs Denver Broncos

3. Joe Mixon, vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers – He might be the forgotten man in the Bengals offense since the passing game is so attractive but he shouldn’t be

4. James Conner, vs Cleveland Browns

5. James White, at Buffalo Bills – White should have a massive role if Sony Michel misses as expected

6. Saquon Barkley, vs Washington Redskins

7. Alvin Kamra, at Minnesota Vikings

8. David Johnson, vs San Francisco 49ers – New coordinator Byron Leftwich is saying all the right things about Johnson and his usage

9. Philip Lindsay, at Kansas City Chiefs – This is assuming Royce Freeman is out

10. Tarik Cohen, vs New York Jets

11. Christian McCaffrey, vs Baltimore Ravens

12. Adrian Peterson, at New York Giants – The loss of “Snacks” Harrison from the Giants defensive line should not go unnoticed here

13. Mark Ingram, at Minnesota Vikings

14. Nyheim Hines, at Oakland Raiders – Marlon Mack is trending towards not playing in this game, which is a shame

15. Kerryon Johnson, vs Seattle Seahawks

16. Nick Chubb, at Pittsburgh Steelers

17. Latavius Murray, vs New Orleans Saints – The matchup isn’t good at all but he’s going to see touches

18. Raheem Mostert, at Arizona Cardinals

19. T.J. Yeldon, vs Philadelphia Eagles – He’ll get in done in the passing game

20. Jalen Richard, vs Indianapolis Colts – He’s going to see close to eight targets

21. Jordan Howard, vs New York Jets

22. Isaiah Crowell, at Chicago Bears

23. Chris Carson, at Detroit Lions – Memo to Pete Carroll(yes, he reads this) – pick a running back please and stick with him

24. Alex Collins, at Carolina Panthers – Running back is getting uglier early this week

25. Chris Thompson, at New York Giants

26. Doug Martin, vs Indianapolis Colts

27. Wendell Smallwood, vs Jacksonville Jaguars

28. Aaron Jones, at Los Angeles Rams – Mike McCarthy can see the above memo to coach Carroll

29. Peyton Barber, at Cincinnati Bengals

30. Corey Clement, vs Jacksonville Jaguars

31. Duke Johnson, at Pittsburgh Steelers

32. Chris Ivory, vs New England Patriots – LeSean McCoy seems likely to miss but he would be about top 20-ish if he does

33. Kenjon Barner, at Buffalo Bills – Barner should get some run in what projects to be a blowout

34. Carlos Hyde, vs Philadelphia Eagles – Tough matchup with an unknown role

35. Buck Allen, at Carolina Panthers

Fantasy Football Rankings – Wide Receiver

1. Adam Thielen, vs New Orleans Saints

2. Antonio Brown, vs Cleveland Browns – AB is gonna boom to a monster second half

3. A.J. Green, vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

5. Davante Adams, at Los Angeles Rams

6. Michael Thomas, at Minnesota Vikings – Xavier Rhodes didn’t totally scare me but it doesn’t hurt he might not play

7. Tyreek Hill, vs Denver Broncos

8. JuJu Smith-Schuster, vs Cleveland Browns

9. Odell Beckham, vs Washington Redskins

10. Stefon Diggs, vs New Orleans Saints – It should be a shootout on Sunday Night

11. Robert Woods, vs Green Bay Packers

12. Tyler Boyd, vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

13. Mike Evans, vs Cincinnati Bengals

14. Jarvis Landry, at Pittsburgh – We finally saw some chemistry with Mayfield and Landry last week

15. Brandin Cooks, vs Green Bay Packers – Cooper Kupp is almost surely out, locking in the top two receivers

16. T.Y. Hilton, at Oakland Raiders

17. Julian Edelman, at Buffalo Bills – If the Pats don’t have much of a run game, it’ll be James White and Edelman as the defacto run game

18. Emmanuel Sanders, at Kansas City Chiefs

19. John Brown, at Carolina Panthers

20. Doug Baldwin, at Detroit Lions – He should be the healthiest he’s been this season coming into this week

21. Golden Tate, vs Seattle Seahawks

22. Alshon Jeffery, vs Jacksonville Jaguars

23. Kenny Golladay, vs Seattle Seahawks

24. Taylor Gabriel, vs New York Jets – It seems like Allen Robinson has a pretty good chance of missing this game

25. Josh Gordon, at Buffalo Bills – If Tre’Davious White faces off against Gordon, it could be a slow game this week for the talented receiver

26. Jordy Nelson, vs Indianapolis Colts

27. Demaryius Thomas, at Kansas City Chiefs – We’ll see if he’s even a Bronco for this game

28. Geronimo Allison, at Los Angeles Rams – It would be a great time for Allison to re-enter the lineup

29. Sterling Shepard, vs Washington Redskins

30. Marvin Jones, vs Seattle Seahawks

31. DeSean Jackson, at Cincinnati Bengals

32. Tre’Quan Smith, at Minnesota Vikings – This could be the second breakout game for Smith on primetime

33. Christian Kirk, vs San Francisco 49ers

34. Chris Godwin, at Cincinnati Bengals

35. Sammy Watkins, vs Denver Broncos

Fantasy Football Rankings – Tight End

1. Travis Kelce, vs Denver Broncos – He’s destroyed the Broncos in the recent history of these two teams meeting up

More from FanSided

2. Zach Ertz, vs Jacksonville Jaguars – I don’t think there’s a matchup in football that Ertz wouldn’t be a top-three option

3. David Njoku, at Pittsburgh Steelers – The Browns have to score and Njoku is going to have to be a big part of that this week

4. Rob Gronkowski, at Buffalo Bills – This game being on Monday night is dumb and it might cost you a Gronk game because you can’t start him if you have no information on Sunday morning

5. George Kittle, at Arizona Cardinals – He’s one of the steadiest players in his offense

6. Jared Cook, vs Indianapolis Colts – Cook already was the target leader and now Amari Cooper is no longer there

7. Jimmy Graham, at Los Angeles Rams – This game has the highest over/under of the week and Graham should be plenty involved

8. Eric Ebron, Indianapolis Colts – Jack Doyle might be back to dip into Ebron’s share this week but even if he’s not, a healthy Hilton changes some of the targets in this offense

9. O.J. Howard, at Cincinnati Bengals – Howard would be an absolute stud if he was in an offense that wasn’t as crowded

10. C.J. Uzomah, at Tampa Bay Buccaneers – The matchup couldn’t be better but Uzomah is no better than fourth in line for touches in the offense

11. Trey Burton, vs New York Jets – Burton is coming off a massive game but also the first time he saw more than five targets

12. Vance McDonald, vs Cleveland Browns – Another tight end who isn’t the main weapon but his game meshes nicely with the Steelers offense

13. Jordan Reed, at New York Giants – It’s been such a quiet year for Reed so far

14. Greg Olsen, vs Baltimore Ravens – He has to earn his way back into your fantasy lineup at this point

15. Evan Engram, vs Washington Redskins – It’s so hard to predict the volume between Sterling Shepard and Engram when they both play
