High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Lou Williams (vs WAS – $5,200): Needs 21.5 fantasy points. Williams hasn’t been his usual explosive self this season. He’s taken a step back in the offense and isn’t racking up the assists like he did last season. We know the potential is there, but it’s fair to wonder when it’ll happen for Williams. The good news is he’s still getting points and can always get hot in a hurry. Diagnosis: Inconsistent option with a high ceiling who just hasn’t shown it this year.

Wesley Matthews (vs UTA – $5,100): Needs 21.1 fantasy points. With Harrison Barnes back in the lineup, Matthews number was down to 20.5 fantasy points against the Raptors on Oct. 26. A healthy Barnes means less chances for Matthews, which hurts his value. But if DSJ is out, Matthews could see his opportunities rise once again. Diagnosis: Tough matchup and more marginalized in the offense with Barnes back. But a DSJ injury might make him valuable again.

Joe Harris (vs GS – $4,400): Needs 18.2 fantasy points. Harris had a rough night against the Pelicans, finishing with 14.2 fantasy points. He didn’t get the shots he typically does against the Pelicans, which could explain his lower scoring output. Expect him to get more shots on Sunday as the Nets will need his three-point ability in order to keep pace with the Warriors. Diagnosis: Should have a bounce back performance as the team gets him more involved.
