WWE Evolution 2018: Live stream, start time, match card, predictions
By Luke Norris
A look at the full match card, start time, live stream information and predictions for the inaugural edition of WWE Evolution.
For the first time in WWE history, an all-female pay-per-view event is set to hit the airwaves as WWE Evolution comes to the Nassau Coliseum this Sunday night, Oct. 28 on the WWE Network.
Over the past few years, the women’s division has become a prominent part of WWE programming, including the first-ever women’s Hell in a Cell match, the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble, the first-ever Women’s Elimination Chamber and so many other historic events, none of which may be as big as what the WWE Universe is getting on Sunday night. First announced by Stephanie McMahon on the July 23 episode of Monday Night RAW, WWE Evolution will feature women from RAW, SmackDown Live, NXT, NXT UK and will also serve as the host for the finals of the 2018 edition of the Mae Young Classic.
The event will also feature many past WWE superstars, including WWE Hall of Famers Trish Stratus and Lita, who will team up to take on Alexa Bliss (hopefully) and Mickie James in tag team action. The majority of the past superstars will appear in a battle royal, in which the winner will receive a future title opportunity.
The NXT and NXT UK titles will be on the line as well but the big two headlining championship matches at WWE Evolution will see SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch take on Charlotte Flair in the first-ever Last Woman Standing Match and RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey battling Nikki Bella.
