DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – October 29, 2018
High Value PF
Players costing $6,250 or under
Serge Ibaka (at MIL – $5,200): Needs 23.9 fantasy points. Ibaka has remained steady, even if his numbers have tailed off with each passing game. The good news is that his salary remains reasonable for him to at least hit value. The other good news is that Ibaka should see plenty of playing time as he’ll be needed to match up with the length and athleticism of the Bucks. Diagnosis: A good matchup for him and he should get plenty of minutes to contribute with points and rebounds. Also a good defensive candidate.
Kelly Olynyk (vs SAC – $4,900): Needs 22.6 fantasy points. Olynyk has drawn the start in his last two games and has looked good, averaging 31fantasy points in the two contests. Assuming he starts against the Kings, there’s plenty of reason to believe he’ll deliver. The most important part is that he’ll be facing the Kings. Diagnosis: As long as he starts, he should deliver in a big way given the matchup.
Noah Vonleh (vs BKN – $4,200): Needs 19.3 fantasy points. I’m unsure if Vonleh started over Kanter against the Warriors because the Knicks were going against the Warriors. Or if he’s going to start from here on out. Even if Vonleh doesn’t start, he’s been playing solid minutes off the bench and he has a low enough salary to where he shouldn’t hurt you. Diagnosis: Reliable low-cost option.
