High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,667

DeMar DeRozan (vs DAL – $8,800): Needs 36.3 fantasy points. The Spurs are scoring points. They’re giving up points. But they’re also scoring points. He had 61.4 fantasy points against the Lakers on Oct. 27. The Mavericks are another great matchup for him and with the way he’s playing, he should have another big scoring and assist game. His rebounding numbers have been up in two of the last three, but that was likely due to facing the Lakers and not anything to keep expecting. Diagnosis: Strong option based on what he’s shown this season and the matchup.

Khris Middleton (vs TOR – $7,500): Needs 30.9 fantasy points. Middleton has been down in the last two games, but that’s been due to the Bucks routing their respective opponents. Don’t expect a route on Monday. The Raptors are right with the Bucks as the top teams in East and this game should be a close contest with a lot of momentum swings. I love Middleton as the second option the same way I love Lowry on the Raptors. Diagnosis: The game will be close and Middleton will help keep the Bucks in the game.

Caris LeVert (at NY – $7,200): Needs 29.7 fantasy points. The Nets are on a back-to-back and LeVert struggled against the Warriors, but I’m not too concerned with that. He’ll be better against the Knicks, who obviously are not the Warriors. LeVert has been strong as the starter this season and I expect him and the Nets to bounce back against the Knicks. Diagnosis: Expect a bounce-back performance given the matchup and how he’s played this season.
