25. Eli Manning (LW: 25)

Here’s two facts that will blow your mind. Eli Manning throws the ball within microseconds of the snap, treating it as though the pigskin is lava. Eli Manning has the fourth-most passing yardage in the league. What?

24. Marcus Mariota (LW: 23)

Mariota is entering bust territory at a rapid rate. The supporters have long cried about Mariota not having enough talent around him, but the great ones — hell, the good ones — elevate their teammates. The former Heisman Trophy winner has never shown an ounce of that ability.

23. Baker Mayfield (LW: 20)

Mayfield is finally free of Hue Jackson, only to be given to Gregg Williams. The No. 1 overall pick has shown flashes of why he was made the top choice, but he’s also looked like a rookie on a bad team more often than not. Thus far, Mayfield has 6.60 yards per attempt with eight touchdowns and six interceptions.

22. Mitchell Trubisky (LW: 24)

Trubisky played poorly against the Patriots, and he was middling last Sunday against the Jets. The Bears have a legit defense and weapons galore offensively, and yet Trubisky holds them back. He needs to be more accurate down the field.

21. Ryan Fitzpatrick (LW: NA)

Fitzy rides again!
