Point Guard

Top Tier

Russell Westbrook 11.7k: Washington has been one of the worst teams against the PG. I like Westbrook in most matchups and when you give him a smash spot like he does here then I make him a cash lock. Washington is 29th in points 23rd in rebounds and 29th in assists allowed to the point guard. So this looks like a spot fir Westbrook to get an easy triple double.

Middle Tier

Derrick Rose 6k: So this play is perfect if we get another game without Jeff Teague. I hope Jimmy Butler plays though to help keep this game close. Rose will not drop 50 again (That was crazy!), but he will be in a nice high scoring spot 30 fantasy points seems very easy if he’s able to get 30+ minutes.

Cheap Tier

Elie Okobo 4.1k: So if Isiah Cannon is out again I will go right back to the well on this play. The blowout concern doesn’t scare me at all with any of the Suns guys. He played big minutes in the 4th while all the Spurs guys were on the bench. I don’t like the matchup a lot but he’s a great play at that price and 20 points is very reasonable for this guy. GPP Pivot: Fred Van Vleet (Blowout play)

Dante Exum 3.8k: With Donovan Mitchell out I could see Exum continuing his big minutes that he has been seeing lately. His usage rating goes down when he’s in with the starters but that doesn’t matter if he is playing big minutes. His price makes him most appealing to me any higher he wouldn’t be on my radar with this low scoring game total projection.

Shooting Guard

Top Tier

Victor Oladipo 9k: We have a smash spot here for Oladipo. He’s only gone over 45 points (5x) once this season but Chicago’s D is really bad; they are giving up 25PPG to SGs. Zach Lavine is also 5th in the league in turnovers which is perfect and could lead to a ton of steals for Oladipo. Oladipo is one of the top 2 way players in the league and the ceiling that his steal upside in this matchup could break the slate.

Middle Tier

Wesley Matthews 5.7k: New York is one of the worst teams in the league against the 3 pt shot. Matthews is Dallas’ main 3 pt shooter. I could see high volume for him tonight. The price tag scares me a little but the spot for him is perfect and he should be able to pay off that price.

Cheap Tier

Grayson Allen 3.5k: He’s minimum salary and we could see him playing big minutes in tonight’s game vs the Grizzles. Last year when given the minutes he was extremely productive. I will have to wait on this play to see if he starts. If he starts load up on this man for an easy 20 fantasy points.

Daily Fantasy Basketball: Small Forward

Top Tier

Paul George 9.8k: With Kevin Durant probably being guarded by Jimmy Butler and Kawhi Leonard in a blowout potential game my favorite cash play for paying up is George. I probably won’t be paying up for SF for this reason but if you are the safest bet is George. He shot 4/20 last game which and was still able to get 46. He plays big minutes and I would expect his shooting to go back to normal after that awful shooting game. Washington’s Defense has been really bad this year so he should have a nice bounce back spot here as long as Westbrook doesn’t completely take over this game.

Middle Tier

Joe Ingles 6.7k: With Donovan Mitchell sidelined with an injury tonight Ingles will receive a nice boost. I know I’m adding too many Jazz players in the lowest total of the slate but with an injury to their main guy this will open up a lot. There’s not a ton for data but someone will need to pick up the scoring for that team and Ingles has been a reliable scorer this year and has really stepped it up.

Cheap Tier

OG Anunoby 3.7k: With Kawhi back I never really like playing Anunoby but in a blowout game I could see him getting a ton of minutes and the Suns defense is so bad he could smash this spot.

Daily Fantasy Basketball: Power Forward

This position seems very ugly in cash for me today so I might punt on of these spots as my drop.

Top Tier

Draymond Green 8k: He will be play a majority of his time at the center position and KAT is just so bad on defense. With Jimmy Butler playing I think this game stay close for most of the game. this just seems like the perfect Draymond game to drop his triple double or miss a triple double because he doesn’t get enough points.

Middle Tier

Pascal Siakam 5.7k: I know this game will probably be a blowout and might be over at half time, but I want to ride this man one more time in an amazing spot. PF just seems a little ugly so I think I will play him against a phoenix team who has really struggled against the front court. He’s having the best streak of his young career and why not ride the hot streak. GPP Pivot: Domantas Sabonis

Cheap Tier

Kevon Looney 3.6k: I hate to say I want to punt and drop this position but it just seems to me right now that I don’t like a ton of guys here. Looney is the perfect boom or bust guy. He can get you what you need in few minutes and if this game does turn into a blowout then we could see some 20+ minutes from him.

Daily Fantasy Basketball: Center

Top Tier

Clint Capela 8.4k: He has one of the best matchups on the slate. BKN allows 26.6 PPG and almost 20 RPG to centers. The Rockets have been struggling big time and the pace they play he could be able to grab a bunch of second chance points. The block upside is there as well boosting his ceiling.

Middle Tier

Dwight Howard 6.2k: This spot scares me a bit, I never really like playing Centers vs OKC because how dominate Steven Adams is on the boards, but he is the cheapest he will ever be all season.

Cheap Tier

It seems like another day without a good cheap option to go at center for cash games. Theres some back ups you could ride in GPPs or as maybe one of you drop guys.

Boban Marjanovic 3.6k: He’s coming off his best fantasy game of his career but after playing 22 minutes in a B2B his conditioning scares me.
