The Cleveland Browns got a victory on Sunday over the Atlanta Falcons, largely because Baker Mayfield was phenomenal all afternoon.

This week, and every Tuesday of the season, the rankings are based with a combination of current play and performance of an indicator of what is to come.

Rick Mirer Division

32. Matt Barkley (LW: NA)

The Bills scored 41 points on the Jets this weekend. There’s no need to analyze Barkley considering he’ll be out of football within the next two months, if not the next two days, but let’s reflect on Buffalo actually scoring 41 points.

31. Sam Darnold (LW: 31)

Darnold will hopefully be back after the bye week, although his chore is to take on the Patriots. The Jets are a complete disaster, and Darnold hasn’t been part of the solution, throwing 11 touchdowns against 14 interceptions. It’s been ugly.

30. Brock Osweiler (LW: 27)

Osweiler could have been picked off a half-dozen times on Sunday. He’s lucky to have escaped with the middling stat line he had, because the actual film showed a quarterback who was looking to have a turnover-filled afternoon.
