Hey Guys! It’s Sunday which means football and some lock plays. We had a pretty good Turkey-Day slate and now get some more action with 10 Fantasy Football games on this slate. So lets dive in!

Fantasy Football: NFL Week 12 Lock Plays

Nick Mullens vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Salary: Draftkings: $5,400 | Fanduel: $6,000

Now usually I tend to stay away from the San Francisco 49ers but with this match-up versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it’s hard to pass up. Nick Mullens isn’t a high-priced quarterback so that makes this play even more interesting. The Buccaneers rank 28th in pass defense, allowing 281 yards per game and also allowed 32 points per game, ranking dead last in that category. Obviously we have seen two different sides to Mullens. In his first start, his threw for 262 yards with 3 touchdowns and no interceptions and in his second start, he threw for 250 yards with 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions. For what it is worth, he doesn’t have the best supporting cast, especially with Pierre Garcion being ruled out for this match-up. With his salary being cheap and facing a horrible Buccaneers defense, expect Mullens to easily hit value plus exceed it.

James Conner vs. Denver Broncos

Salary: Draftkings: $7,800 | Fanduel: $7,900

What could be an exciting match-up, James Conner has a nice match-up with the Denver Broncos today. Conner has been pretty good this season, taking over the role of Le’Veon Bell, who decided to sit out the season, starting position. Now the Steelers have had their ups and downs also but Conner has always been that one bright spot. The Broncos rank 27th against the run, allowing 127 per game. On the season, Conner is averaging 79 yards on the ground and averages 41 yards through the air with a catch rate of 75%. He has already found the end-zone 10 times this season, 11 if you include his receiving. He is also due for a bounce back week as his previous two weeks, he scored 10.9 and 14.3 fantasy points. When the Steelers are rolling on offense, Conner is a major factor and should be going up against the Denver Bronco’s today.

Odell Beckham Jr. vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Salary: Draftkings: $8,800 | Fanduel: $8,500

The highest priced Wide Receiver on the slate is in a great match-up, Odell Beckham Jr. has a chance to continue his consistent performance. The Philadelphia Eagles rank 27th in the passing game and allow 276 yards per game. They allow around 11 receptions and 91 yards to the number one receiver per game also. OBJ averages around 10 targets per game while averaging 93 yards, giving him a prime match-up. He has only been under 20 fantasy points four times this season and with a struggling offense that the Giants do have, that’s impressive. The Giants have struggled to find a true identity on offense with the likes of OBJ and Saquon Barkley on the team. Giving this match-up though, expect OBJ to do what he normally does and that’s returning value, plus more.

Josh Gordon vs. New York Jets

Salary: Draftkings: $6,400 | Fanduel: $6,800

Now Josh Gordon hasn’t been the flashiest weapon this year but he plays on an offense where his quarterback is Tom Brady. Gordon receives the targets, close to 10, every game but it’s finding the end-zone where he struggles. But he’s in a great match-up versus the New York Jets who rank 16th in pass defense, allowing 242 yards per game. But they also rank poorly against the number two receiver, allowing 9 receptions and 70 yards per game. This is the opportunity that Gordon has been looking for this season. He does average 60 yards per game, but like I said, finding the end-zone is lacking with his 3 touchdowns so far. Now his quarterback, Tom Brady, hasn’t been the show-time quarterback that he usually is and the Patriots are getting the job done on the ground more than passing, but with a match-up like this, expect the two to click for some magic.

George Kittle vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Salary: Draftkings: $6,200 | Fanduel: $7,500

Now this is a price we’re willing to pay due to what we look to exploit every week. George Kittle gets to be the next tight end to exploit and dominate the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who still can not stop the position. Kittle is also a very consistent tight end who has only scored below 10 fantasy points twice on the season and he also doesn’t find the end-zone that often either which makes it that much more impressive. With only 3 touchdowns on the season, Kittle is averaging 77 yards per game, making him one of the 49ers most utilized weapons. Jimmy G, C.J. Beathard and Nick Mullens have all made a connection with him quickly this season as the 49ers have had to make changes. Tampa Bay is allowing tight ends to put up close to 80 yards per game off of just 7 receptions which lines up with Kittle’s stat line making this another dream match-up. We already know what the previous tight-ends have done to Tampa Bay so this is very hard to pass up as Kittle should have been locked in when the slate was created on Draftkings.
