Tight End: C. J. Uzomah, Cincinatti Bengals- $5,200

After starting the season 4-1, the Bengals are now 5-5 and are in third place in the AFC North division. Last week, the Bengals lost their second consecutive game in a row against a Lamar Jackson led Baltimore Ravens team, 24-21.

Quarterback Andy Dalton was without star receiver A.J. Green, but his tight end was a reliable target. Uzomah was targeted five times, caught three passes for 41 yards. He was second on the team in yards and receptions.

On the season, Uzomah 23 receptions, 248 yards and two scores. He already surpassed his career high in yards for a season and is just three catches away from setting a new high in receptions. The fourth-year tight end is averaging just over a first down per reception.

Uzomah is averaging 4.4 targets per game in the Bengals’ last five games. In four of those contest, the tight end caught at least four passes.

In Week 12, Uzomah will try and help the Bengals get back in the win column as they go head to head against the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland has allowed tight ends to accumulate 628 yards, ninth most in the NFL, and five touchdowns. The position group is scoring 12.3 fantasy points per game, sixth in the league.

The Browns’ pass defense is ranked 30th in the NFL and they have allowed quarterbacks to throw for nearly 290 yards per game. With that being said, the last time Uzomah played a secondary as bad as Cleveland’s, was Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs. In that game he scored a touchdown and had 8.3 fantasy points.
