Start: Gus Edwards, Baltimore Ravens

@ Atlanta Falcons

Gus Edwards is coming off back to back 100 yard games. He has established himself as the Baltimore Ravens lead back for the foreseeable future. His hard nose running style fits how the Ravens want to run their offense.

Edwards has meshed well with quarterback Lamar Jackson who has put up equally impressive running numbers over the past two weeks.

Baltimore’s string of favorable defensive matchups continues this week when they head to Atlanta to face the Falcons. Look for Edwards to yet again see plenty of touches.

Sit: Peyton Barber, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

vs. Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers defense is allowing under 100 rushing yards per game which is good for seventh in the NFL. They use a combination of quick linebackers and powerful defensive linemen to stuff the run.

Conversely, Carolina struggles to defend the pass which has impacted how opponents game plan. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a ton of pass catching weapons and will likely look to attack via the air.

This means that Peyton Barber could be phased out of the game plan for this week. It just makes too much sense for the Buccaneers to feature a pass heavy attack against this Carolina defense.
