5. Wisaksil Wangek (Srisaket Sor Rungvisai)

47-4-1, 41 KOs

Previous Ranking: 5

Like Inoue, Sor Rungvisai is not very known outside of boxing fans. Despite his lack of mainstream popularity, he holds arguably the two most impressive wins of any fighter on this list.

He earned two victories over former pound for pound king Roman Gonzlaez in back to back fights, instantly joining the ranks of boxing the elite.

The first victory over Gonzalez came as a shock to most, with many feeling Gonzalez was the rightful winner, but the rematch put all doubts to rest. Sor Rungvisai was able to deliver a devastating knockout of the year candidate and solidify himself as the best in the division.

He followed up the wins over Gonzalez with another great performance over an honorable mention for this list, Juan Francisco Estrada. Two wins over the top fighter in the sport, as well as another win over a top 15 fighter pound for pound, is enough to warrant being near the top of any pound for pound list. While others may have better skills, few have as good of wins as Sor Rungvisai.

His last two fights were in his home country of Thailand, and he currently has no fight scheduled.
