DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – Dec. 1, 2018
High Salary C
Players costing over $6,250
Andre Drummond (vs GS – $9,400): Needs 44.5 fantasy points. Drummond had a monster 59.5 fantasy point game in just 30 minutes against the Bulls. He’s always a double-double threat with the ability to post big scoring and rebounding numbers. The Warriors would appear to be a solid matchup with their lack of proven frontcourt depth. Drummond should be able to rack up the points and rebounds in this one. Diagnosis: Inconsistent, but when he hits, he typically hits in a very big way.
Karl-Anthony Towns (vs BOS – $9,200): Needs 43.6 fantasy points. Towns had 43.75 fantasy points in 28 minutes against the Spurs on Nov. 28. He’s been great since the Butler trade and they are catching the Celtics on a back-to-back. Even though the Celtics were in a blowout, they still had to travel and are on the road. The points and rebounds should be there in this one. Diagnosis: High ceiling and a good salary. He’ll deliver.
Clint Capela (vs CHI – $7,800): Needs 37 fantasy points. Capela had 55 fantasy points against the Spurs on Friday. He absolutely dominated them and will have another chance to dominate on Saturday as the Bulls are not a good team. He’s typically good for a double-double given him ability to get easy points and collect rebounds. He should have his way with the Bulls on Saturday. Diagnosis: Typically reliable and a very high ceiling.
