Where can you watch the upcoming Garth Brooks concert special online?

A list of the best-selling music artists in U.S. history holds a bit of a surprise near the top. The very top spot is taken, somewhat predictably, by The Beatles. But at number two? Garth Brooks. Further down on the list are some artists with probably more recognizable names: Michael Jackson and Elton John to name a few. But none have reached the same milestones as Garth Brooks. So it really isn’t surprising that he can fill an 80,000+ seat arena for a concert, or that the concert was deemed worthy of a national broadcast. Because that’s what happened.

Garth Brooks has been releasing Country music for close to 30 years, and despite declaring his retirement initially in 2000 he had continued to come back. Who knows what’s next for the timeless artist, but we do know what he has already done.

On October 20 Brooks performed there first ever concert held in the Notre Dame Stadium. On Sunday a special recording of that concert will air on CBS. This will not be the first time Garth Books has had a concert taped and later aired. In the past, CBS has recorded his performances ranging in scale from an intimate one-man show to a concert on an aircraft carrier.

But this might be the biggest, and the setting will certainly make it one of the most memorable. One promo released for the event definitely emphasizes the pure scale of both the concert (as an event) and the arena itself.
