Players costing $6,250 or under

Dwyane Wade (at LAL – $5,800): Needs 26.3 fantasy points. Wade had 46.5 fantasy points against the Clippers on Dec. 8. He didn’t play in the early season matchup between these two teams, but we know Wade’s history. He rises to the occasion in these big games and seeing as this might be his last game at Staples Center and his last game against LeBron. It’s a huge game for him. Keep that in mind and take him with confidence. Diagnosis: High ceiling and will show up given the circumstances.

Bojan Bogdanovic (vs WAS – $5,700): Needs 25.9 fantasy points. Bogdanovic continues to be a reliable option for the Pacers. His minutes have been down a bit, but expect those to tick back up if the Wizards can keep things competitive. The good news for the Pacers is that the Wizards defense is so bad that they should have no issue getting numbers. Bojan can do a bit of everything as well. Diagnosis: Reliable, high ceiling, and a great matchup.

Dennis Schroder (vs UTA – $5,100): Needs 23.1 fantasy points. As Schroder’s salary drops, he becomes more valuable. He’s going to get minutes against this matchup because the Thunder will need his offense and he’s proven he can attack Gobert better than Westbrook. He had 58.25 fantasy points against the Jazz in March of last season. The scoring will be there, but the rest of his numbers are down as teammates don’t always hit shots. Diagnosis: Love him at this salary. He’ll deliver a strong game.
