The Buffalo Bills lost a tough one this past weekend, as the New York Jets came into town and beat them by the score of 27-23. It was the battle of the rookie quarterbacks, as Jets signal-caller Sam Darnold got the start against Bills rookie arm Josh Allen, and both brought a lot to the table in this one.

Allen was a pretty controversial pick for Buffalo last April, as he came into the league with a ton of raw talent, but had his accuracy problems at Wyoming. However, he has proven to the Bills Mafia that he can get the job done with his arm, and his legs, and should be a solid quarterback in this league for years to come.

While Allen was the team’s first round pick back in 2018, it was Tre’Davious White who the Bills struck gold with in the first round of the 2017 campaign. Since joining Buffalo, White has become one of the better cornerbacks in the AFC, and teaming him with a guy like Greedy Williams would make a ton of sense moving forward.

When it comes to cornerbacks in this draft class, Williams is by far the best talent, and is a guy that is going to go within the first ten picks next April. If the Bills had Williams and White as their cornerbacks for the next five seasons, they actually may be able to make some noise in an AFC East that has been dominated by the New England Patriots for almost 20 years.
