McDonald’s remains one of the nation’s top fast-food restaurants, with all the selections it offers at a premium convenience and price.

McDonald’s hours vary on holidays, though, so will your nearest location open on Christmas Eve?

McDonald’s is still one of the standard bearers of fast food. From selections to price to convenience, it provides the typical burgers, fries, soft drinks and other food and beverage choices for everyone to consume. It’s easy to purchase, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This chain even makes sense for a long road trip, especially for a pitstop along the way.

However, is McDonald’s a logical choice for a holiday meal?

Christmas Eve is here, and McDonald’s is not the first choice that comes to mind for this holiday’s meal, if you celebrate it. Burgers, fries, and soda are different from something like chicken, ham, mashed potatoes and a vegetable or fish.

For those who do not recognize Christmas, though, maybe McDonald’s makes sense as the place to go for a meal, pending it has store hours.
