3. Re-Sign C.J. Mosley

One of the best draft picks the Ravens have made over the past few years was their first-round pick in 2014, taking linebacker C.J. Mosley with the 17th overall selection. Now, with Mosley’s rookie contract finally up, the Ravens have to get ready to give talented linebacker a big payday.

In five seasons, Mosley has already been selected as a Pro Bowler and second-team All-Pro four times. He finished this season with 105 combined tackles, and an interception in Week 17 that helped the Ravens clinch their division title.

Inside linebacker may not be the most important defensive position in today’s NFL, but Mosley is a proven leader for the Ravens and has been a reliable player his entire career.

It’s not going to be cheap to bring Mosley back, but the Ravens absolutely should if they want to continue to have one of the best defenses in the league.
