Is there any way for teams to stop Nikola Jokic?

The Nuggets are in first place in the Western Conference, a spot they have held more than any other team this season, because of the unique play of Nikola Jokic. He is averaging over seven assists per game, a feat no center has accomplished besides Wilt Chamberlain. Most recently, he nearly broke the internet with a dribble-handoff and pick and roll with fellow 7-footer Mason Plumlee.

Denver has found success behind Jokic’s playmaking despite being plagued with injuries, and with guards Gary Harris and Jamal Murray shooting lower on threes than expected (33.3% and 33.2% respectively). Does that mean they can get even better? What happens when those shots start dropping? Can the surprising Nuggets hang on to the one seed? Will Jokic find himself creeping into the MVP discussion?
