High Value SF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Jayson Tatum (vs BKN – $5,600): Needs 25.1 fantasy points. Tatum had 34.25 fantasy points against the Warriors on Jan. 26. And now he gets a matchup he’s done very well against this season. Tatum is averaging 43.1 fantasy points in two games against the Nets this season. He’s a guy who I know can step up in these games and get his points. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling and proven matchup.

Marvin Williams (vs NY – $5,300): Needs 23.8 fantasy points. Williams had 28.5 fantasy points against the Bucks on Jan. 25. He’s been a little down in recent contests but I’m going to take full advantage of the Knicks on this night. And Williams has been very good against them this season. He was up to 33.75 fantasy points against them on Dec. 14. And they are still the Knicks. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Nicolas Batum (vs NY – $4,900): Needs 22.2 fantasy points. Yes, we’re stacking Hornets on Monday. It’s a slow slate and the Hornets get the Knicks on a back-to-back. Stacking Hornets is just the smart thing to do. Batum has been strong for the Hornets recently, going over 29 fantasy points in three of his last four games. And once again, it’s the Knicks on a back-to-back. And Batum is at a very good salary given his minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
