With the Super Bowl as the main attraction, Nike took some time in Atlanta to unveil the 2019 NBA All-Star Collection.

Although most of these sneakers have been circulating online through various blogs, FanSided got an exclusive look at what some of this year’s All-Stars will be wearing on the court during NBA All-Star Weekend.

From Kevin Durant’s latest installment in this Aunt Pearl series, to the latest in Nike technology with the new Nike Adapt self-lacing sneakers, the biggest basketball shoe company in the world displayed it all at the NBA on TNT studio.

Kyrie 5 x ROKIT

Celtics guard Kyrie Irving will be rocking a new colorway of his recently released Kyrie 5’s. In collaboration with Los Angeles based streetwear company ROKIT the vibrant and unique colors are meant to blend together the individuality in skate and hoop culture. Unlike previously released Kyrie 5’s the shoe will feature two Nike swooshes, with one facing backwards. Releasing on February 16th and with a price point of $190, these will be a bit higher than what Irving’s shoes typically go for.

KD 11 Aunt Pearl

Kevin Durant will wear his annual release of the Aunt Pearl sneaker during All-Star weekend. Partnering with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, this year’s shoe will feature the names of 59 cancer survivors over the silhouette. The significance of the Aunt Pearl line that Durant releases every year is to pay respect to his late aunt who played a big role in his upbringing. Throughout Durant’s life growing up his Aunt Pearl was there to take care of him when his mother was working, but in 2000 she passed away from complications due to lung cancer. Since the KD 4’s the two-time Finals MVP has released a new iteration of these Aunt Pearl sneakers every year. These shoes will go on sale February 14th for $150.

Why Not Zero.2 Own the Game

Russell Westbrook just released his latest shoe for Jordan Brand, and for All-Star weekend he will be wearing a special-edition colorway. Westbrook is known around the league as a fashion icon and his shoes are no different. The toned-down colorway however is a step away from what we’re used to seeing from Westbrook who typically uses offbeat color schemes that catch the eye. Nevertheless these sneakers feature a translucent sole reminiscent of the Jordan 11’s that made that style popular. Releasing in full family sizes on February 17th, these will cost $125.

PG 3 ACG

Paul George has had some of the most unique collaborations over the years, with his Nike Playstation x PG 2.5 sneakers becoming a huge hit to gamers and sneakerheads alike, and his most recent collaboration, releasing a NASA-inspired shoe. But for All-Star weekend George will be wearing an exclusive colorway of his newly released PG 3. This is a more outside of the box colorway than usual for the Oklahoma City Thunder star, going with mustard, forest green and burnt orange color scheme, but with the NBA allowing players to wear whatever color schemes they can imagine how it’s bound to result in some more unique choices like this one. George’s shoes will release February 15th for $110.

In addition to Nike announcing All-Star edition shoes for its players, it will also release some custom colorways of Jordans, and Nike Air Max Uptempo. But perhaps the most intriguing shoe is the first ever self-lacing basketball sneaker Nike teased a couple weeks ago on social media. Already worn by Boston Celtics guard Jayson Tatum and Dallas Mavericks rookie Luka Doncic, the Nike Adapt BB provides a customized fit for each player with an app that can control how the shoe responds to you foot. Ever since Marty McFly zoomed around on a hoverboard wearing Nike Air Mag self-lacing shoes in Back to the Future Part II , Nike has been developing that technology to be wearable. Already releasing the Air Mag’s in 2016, the Nike Adapt BB is the company’s first attempt at bringing this technology into sports. These will officially be released on February 17th for $350.
