There is one important thing you can’t forget though when preparing your Super Bowl viewing party: what channel the game will be airing on this year. Thankfully, you’ve come to the right place.

The contest is scheduled to kick off at 6:30 pm ET, but CBS will have plenty of content to carry viewers throughout the day. CBS’ NFL Today pre-game show, featuring James Brown, Bill Cowher, Nate Burleson, Boomer Esiason, and Super Bowl XXI MVP Phil Simms, is being rebranded as Super Bowl Today and will kick off at 2:00 pm ET.

CBS’ top NFL broadcast team, Jim Nantz and Tony Romo, will be on the call for the game with Tracy Wolfson and Evan Washburn doing sideline reporting. Rules expert Gene Steratore will be in the booth and kicking analyst Jay Feely will also be part of the telecast.
