Jimmy Uso was arrested and charged for disorderly conduction and obstruction when Detroit police pulled over his wife, WWE Superstar Naomi.

On Thursday, TMZ reported that WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso (Jonathan Fatu) of tag team The Usos was arrested in Detroit, Michigan and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction. He has since posted bond and has been released from jail.

Uso and his wife, WWE Superstar Naomi (Trinity Fatu), were pulled over by Detroit police after officers saw Naomi driving the wrong way down a one-way street. TMZ’s law enforcement sources claim that their vehicle “reeked of booze,” and when officers ordered Naomi out of the car, Uso exited the vehicle as well and, “and took off his shirt and jacket and squared up like he wanted to fight.”

There is no indication in the TMZ report that either Naomi nor Uso were given field sobriety tests or breathalyzer tests and neither were charged with any alcohol-related offenses. Naomi was not charged.

The WWE released to FanSided the following statement: “Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”

Uso and his brother Jey are slated to challenge for The Miz and Shane McMahon’s SmackDown Tag Team Championships during Sunday’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.
