Here’s all the information you need for the March 12, 2019 edition of WWE SmackDown Live.

A mere 48 hours after an explosive WWE Fastlane pay-per-view event we are headed for a potential collision between an understandably upset superstar and the Chairman of the company.

Kofi Kingston has had a rollercoaster start to 2019. Thanks to incredible showings at the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber events, Kingston has spent this year staking his claim to a shot at the WWE Championship. But every time he gets that chance at the tip of his fingers, it gets ripped away. This past Sunday’s Fastlane further exploited that theory.

Kingston thought he was finally getting a shot at the title, but was swerved and instead placed in a handicap match against The Bar. While he made a valiant effort, it was too much to overcome, and he was once again left on the outside looking in. But on Monday, Kingston let the world know exactly what he was feeling when he took to Twitter to air his frustration.

While we can now expect the usually joyous Kingston to be in attendance, the question is what exactly will he have to say about recent events and his standing as it relates to WrestleMania and the WWE Championship?

Also at Fastlane, Shane McMahon shocked the WWE Universe when he brutally attacked The Miz following their loss to The Usos. When asked backstage about why he did it, Shane had no response. Will we see Shane-O-Mac this week, and how will he explain his actions from Sunday night?

Last week, Samoa Joe successfully answered last week’s United States Championship open challenge from R-Truth. The result saw the crowning of a new champion, as Joe outlasted not only R-Truth but also Rey Mysterio and Andrade in a fatal four-way match. This week, we get a one-on-one rematch as Joe will put the United States Championship on the line against Truth.

SmackDown will also see an-eight-man tag team match, as The Hardy Boyz will team up with recent NXT call-ups Aleister Black and Ricochet. They will face The Bar, and Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura. Black and Ricochet have exploded onto the scene since making their main roster debut several weeks back, and a huge altercation between the two sides last week set the stage for this week’s showdown.
