Kylian Mbappe (PSG)

Zidane’s biggest potential signing could be Kylian Mbappe. A star at the 2018 World Cup and just 20 years old, the French striker may soon be the best player in the world. The PSG forward can play on either flank, since he’s good with both feet, but his probably most dangerous through the middle.

Mbappe would give Zidane a powerful offensive weapon and his acceleration as well as ball control would result in lots of goals. If there’s any indication Mbappe could be pried away from PSG, expect him to overtake the likes of Neymar and Icardi on the transfer priority list.

Zidane has lots of experience working and nurturing young players and Mbappe could very well be the type of player the former France international would relish working with most next season.

Mbappe’s goal celebration — posing with his arms crossed across his chest and hands tucked under his armpits — was inspired by his younger brother Ethan. It could also very well become the sort of thing fans at the Santiago Bernabeu come to witness on a regular basis should the World Cup winner end up in Madrid.
