Players costing over $6,250

Karl-Anthony Towns (at CHA – $10,000): Needs 48.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 59.25 fantasy points against Golden State. Towns continues to play great and now he gets a weak frontcourt in the Hornets. Even in limited minutes, he should put up big numbers. It’s a great night at the center position but no one has the ceiling that Towns has, especially when you consider the matchup. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Andre Drummond (at PHO – $8,700): Needs 42.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 61.75 fantasy points against Cleveland. The return of Griffin is going to cut into his value a little bit but it’s still Drummond against the Suns. He had 50.5 fantasy points against them on Nov. 25. We know what Drummond is capable of and you can always go against the Suns. He’ll get his points and rebounds. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Rudy Gobert (at ATL – $8,300): Needs 40.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.25 fantasy points against New York. Did I mention that it’s a great night at the center position? You can also take Jokic if you want to spend a bit more money. I just worry they won’t need him quite as much due to the matchup. But his ceiling is obviously high. Gobert should come into plenty of numbers against the Hawks, even on the back-to-back. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
