2. Pittsburgh Steelers

Artie Burns spent entirely too much time chasing wide receivers with the football last season for the Steelers. That has Pittsburgh looking for a possible upgrade over Burns in the draft.

The obvious question head coach Mike Tomlin would need to answer is whether or not he’s willing to bring a volatile personality like Ramsey into his locker room. Tomlin might be the only guy in Pittsburgh happy to see both Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell leave town this offseason. It’s distinctly possible he just isn’t willing to bring in a quasi-diva like Ramsey.

The Steelers front office would be wise to look at their roster and note the lack of All-Pro talent on it after the departure of Bell and Brown. Adding Ramsey to the stable of talent that currently resides in Pittsburgh could really help the team deal with an improving Cleveland Browns team in the AFC North.

Lining up Ramsey and Joe Haden on the outside could be enough to slow down Baker Mayfield and company. Making a big trade for an expensive player like Ramsey might be against the Steelers normal ethos, but this isn’t a typical year for Pittsburgh.
