1. Los Angeles Rams

Unlike the Steelers, the Rams are a team that is more than willing to take a big swing in the offseason. Head coach Sean McVay already has to manage Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters in the dressing room, so adding Ramsey to the mix wouldn’t be any big deal.

Dealing for Ramsey might give the Rams too much potential cost at the cornerback position, but it could turn out to be a stroke of genius. NFL teams spend more time in nickel formations than ever before. Having three potential Pro Bowlers at the position could put the Rams defense over the top.

Acquiring Ramsey would also give Los Angeles a lot of protection in the event that either Talib or Peters really starts to fall off due to age or off the field issues. The best teams in the league work hard to fix their weaknesses before they ever show up. Adding another top flight corner would be just that sort of move for McVay and Co.

A lot of NFL teams with the Rams’ talent might be content to sit back and just run things back next season. That’s not in McVay’s DNA. If he believes Ramsey is available, he’ll absolutely make a call to Jacksonville to see if he can bring him to L.A.
