Tiger Woods is trying to win his first major championship since 2008, and his first Masters since 2005. Going through Amen Corner, he’s one shot back.

If you’re watching the Masters, you are in for a treat as we come through the final nine holes at Augusta.

Tiger Woods is just finished on the 13th — the second of three holes in Amen Corner — and has become a co-leader with Xander Schauffele. Patrick Cantlay has fallen one off the pace after bogeying the 16th.  Woods is 12 under, showcasing a tremendous resiliency throughout the rain-soaked afternoon.

Woods’ day has been an inconsistent affair throughout the final round on Sunday. After birdieing on the third hole, Woods lost a pair of strokes on the fourth and fifth holes, falling back to three shots behind leader Francesco Molinari. However, the 15-time major champion rallied with consecutive birdies on No. 7 and 8, pulling him to within a shot of first place heading into the back nine.

Although he bogeyed on 10 before making par on Nos. 11 and 12, Molinari helped to pull things even between the two. On No. 12, Molinari’s tee shot went into the creek, and with a two-putt on the green, he made double bogey. While all this was going on with the final threesome of the afternoon, Schauffele and Cantlay pulled ahead. Then, a birdie on No. 13 for Woods coupled with the bogey by Cantlay put the legend atop the leaderboard.
