College football recruiting never stops and if you’re a five-star recruit, you’re in high demand. Predictions for every five-star recruit in the class of 2020.

Great recruiting can be the difference between being a top-tier program and a bottom one. Recruiting isn’t completely everything in college football, but the better the talent, the more likely a school is going to succeed.

National Signing Day is the big day of the year where every recruit signs its letter of intent to go to a program. Early National Signing Day has come along and thrown a wrench into what was once a one-day culmination, but the work doesn’t change for the coaches.

At the end of the day, it’s the big fish that the coaches are after first. Those, of course, being the five-star recruits. There are 31 five-star recruits up for grabs and at the culmination of National Signing Day 2020, we will know where the best in college football will be playing.

There are verbal and hard commits throughout the year, but until the letter of intent is signed, anything can happen. The five-star recruits are the cream of the crop and they offer the biggest potential to be dynamic at the next level.

Landing a five-star recruit is like the ultimate sales pitch for a program. They can point to other recruits and show that it is a place that talent wants to be. It’s also great job security for a coach if he can go to his Athletic Director and point to the players he has coming in.

The recruiting trail is a wild one with many twists and turns that brings out the best and perhaps the most bizarre in coaches. With that being said, it’s never too early to look at where the five-star college football recruits will end up in 2020.
