Cleveland Browns 2019 schedule release: Games, dates and times

After a strong finish in 2018 and a big offseason spending spree, the Cleveland Browns are poised to make a push for the AFC North title in 2019, setting up a ton of intriguing games for the Dawg Pound.

In what could be a bit of a culture shock for the NFL, the Cleveland Browns are actually set up to be a really good football team in 2019. After finishing the year strong with wins in five of their last seven games, the Browns spent the offseason adding a ton of pieces to their roster.

That process began before the official start of the league year, when the Browns signed Kareem Hunt to add another loaded running back to their roster and trading with the New York Giants to add pass rusher Olivier Vernon to the defense. That was the second most noteworthy deal the Browns made with New York, however, with the biggie being the jaw dropper that brought wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr to Cleveland to catch passes from Baker Mayfield.

The addition of Beckham to the Cleveland offense gives the Browns some serious star power, and that should lead to more nationally televised games for them. When the Browns’ schedule is announced, we will update this post immediately.

Cleveland could be in line for plenty of prime time action this year after getting just two night games a year ago. A rematch with the rising Jets on Thursday Night Football could be a lot of fun, and showdowns with the Patriots, Steelers, and Ravens could all be must-see TV as well.
