Players costing over $12,000

Paul Millsap (at SA – $10,000): Needs 43.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.7 fantasy points against San Antonio. Millsap always has the potential to have a big game but it hasn’t quite been there in this series. And he does more than get big offensive numbers. His game isn’t always conducive to getting fantasy numbers. But the potential is there if you want him as a UTIL guy. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.

Rudy Gay (vs DEN – $9,500): Needs 38.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 18.9 fantasy points against Denver. Gay just hasn’t provided much in this series but the minutes and opportunities are there for him. He can get hot but the Spurs just don’t have much going on with their offense and that’s obviously a big concern when DFS is built around offense. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.

Will Barton (at SA – $9,500): Needs 38.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24.5 fantasy points against Denver. I like Barton more than Gay if you’re trying to pick between the two. He’s just shown a bit more in this series. But I also can’t quite go against my “trust the Spurs at home” theory. Still, Barton should be your pick if you’re deciding between the two. He makes for a good utility option. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
