The first round gets most of the hype but as any NFL front office executive will tell you, all 250+ picks matter. Thursday’s first round is set to produce some fireworks with rumors flying, mostly surrounding quarterbacks. The top four of Kyler Murray, Dwayne Haskins, Drew Lock and Daniel Jones are likely to hear their names called all within the first 15 picks. Of course some fans will have to wait longer than others, with five teams not owning a first round pick. That lists includes four playoff teams in the Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs. The other team is the Cleveland Browns. Those five first round picks produced Khalil Mack to Chicago, Amari Cooper to Dallas, Frank Clark to Kansas City, Odell Beckham Jr. to Cleveland and Marcus Davenport to New Orleans.
