This has been a pretty outstanding offseason for the New York Jets, who got the party started by getting rid of head coach Todd Bowles. During his time as the head coach, Bowles just did not win enough games, and while he may have been given the short end of the stick on occasion, the team felt it was time to move in another direction.

Shortly after firing Bowles, the Jets made former Miami Dolphins head coach Adam Gase their new head coach, and it will be up to  him to start turning this franchise around. They have made some stellar moves via free agency, bolstering both sides of the ball by bringing in running back Le’veon Bell, and linebacker C.J. Mosley.

During the 2019 NFL Draft, the Jets stayed put at No. 3 overall, bringing in a guy who could be a generational talent at defensive tackle in Quinnen Williams. The big fellas was a dominant force for the Alabama Crimson Tide last season, and the hope is he can bring incredible pressure up the middle in 2019.

Looking at the 2020 NFL Draft class, the Jets could focus their attention on Laviska Shenault Jr., who is one of the better wide receivers in this draft class. New York needs to continue to add weapons around quarterback Sam Darnold, and Shenault is one of those guys who can make plays happen all over the field.
