Roma vs. Juventus live stream: Watch Serie A online
By Adam Stocker
Roma face Juventus at Stadio Olimpico on Sunday, May 12. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
The Serie A title race has been over for a couple of weeks. Juventus claimed their eighth straight Scudetto. While the title has been decided, the race for fourth place and the final Champions League spot is hotly contested. Atalanta enter the weekend in fourth place, three points ahead of AC Milan and Roma. On Sunday, Roma host Juventus at the Stadio Olimpico and desperately need a victory.
A loss on Sunday to Juventus would be devastating for Roma. If Roma lose, they will have to win their remaining two games and hope that both Milan and Atalanta both lose twice. After being fired by Fulham earlier this season, Claudio Ranieri could finish his season on a high note by helping Roma get into the Champions League. Konstantinos Manolas will be tasked with the marking Cristiano Ronaldo. Manolas has been one of the best center-back in Serie A over the past few seasons but marking Ronaldo is never an easy task. Nicolo Zaniolo has been one of the best young players in Serie A this season. When Zaniolo was given more playing time, Roma instantly started to climb the table.
Since drawing with Ajax in the first leg of their Champions League quarterfinal, Juventus have struggled. In addition to losing the second leg to Ajax, Juventus have dropped points in three of their last four Serie A games. Ronaldo will lead the attack against Roma. The Portuguese superstar leads the club with 21 goals this season and will start up front with teenage star Moise Kean as Mario Mandzukic and Paolo Dybala are both injured. At the back, Juventus will likely continue to rotate their squad with the title already wrapped up.
The Serie A game between Roma and Juventus will be broadcast live on ESPN. Live streaming is available on ESPN+, which you can access with your cable or satellite subscriptions, either online or through the ESPN+ app.
