Here’s a look at the start time, match card, live stream info and more for the 2019 edition of WWE Money in the Bank.

In a new May slot on the WWE calendar, the annual WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event is set to take place this Sunday, May 19, from the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut. On the card are a couple of WrestleMania rematches, including a Steel Cage battle between Shane McMahon and The Miz.

Also on the docket are a couple of world title matches as Kevin Owens battles Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship and AJ Styles challenges Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship. On the women’s side of things, both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championship are up for grabs, but they’re being contested in two separate matches as Becky Lynch is pulling double duty against Lacey Evans and Charlotte Flair, respectively.

And, of course, there are the Money in the Bank Ladder Matches themselves, which always prove to be entertaining.

Here’s everything you need to know for the 2019 edition of WWE Money in the Bank.

WWE Money in the Bank 2019 match card

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tony Nese vs. Ariya Daivari (Kickoff Show)

After ending Buddy Murphy’s lengthy title reign, which was done to get Murphy away from 205 Live, Tony Nese now has Ariya Daivari as a new challenger for his WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Daivari won a fatal four-way and then defeated Oney Lorcan to get this opportunity.

SmackDown Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan & Rowan vs. The Usos (Kickoff Show)

Just announced this past Tuesday night on SmackDown Live following the four-on-three handicap match, Daniel Bryan and Rowan take on The Usos in tag team action. These two teams met to determine the new champs after they had to be vacated by the Hardy Boyz due to Jeff Hardy’s injury, a match won by Bryan and Rowan. The Usos moved to Monday nights and still get a shot at the blue belts. Okay then.

Roman Reigns vs. Elias

This grudge match was set when Roman Reigns knocked out Vince McMahon with the Superman Punch after the chairman introduced Elias as the newest member of the blue brand. But this feud has spilled over onto Mondays as well, with Reigns showing up when and where he feels like it. Shouldn’t be too much to this one.

The Miz vs. Shane McMahon (Steel Cage Match)

After getting the win at WrestleMania in the falls count anywhere match (and that weird fight with Mr. Miz), Shane McMahon’s rivalry with The Miz continues at Money in the Bank, this time inside the confines of a steel cage.

WWE United States Champion Samoa Joe vs. Rey Mysterio

In another WrestleMania rematch, Rey Mysterio gets one more crack at Samoa Joe and the WWE United States Championship. Hopefully this one lasts a little longer.

WWE Champion Kofi Kingston vs. Kevin Owens

After a short time entertaining as an honorary member of The New Day, the real Kevin Owens came out to play as he turned on Kofi Kingston on an episode of SmackDown Live and now gets a shot at the WWE Championship. Owens has gotten the best of Kingston and Xavier Woods on a few occasions leading into this matchup. Kingston has already successfully defended his title since his huge win at WrestleMania, but there’s a strong chance that Kofimania comes to an end on Sunday.

WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins vs. AJ Styles

WWE didn’t waste much time in setting up a dream matchup with the Superstar Shake-Up as WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins takes on AJ Styles for the first time in a WWE ring. The two met 13 years ago on the indies, but this is obviously a bigger stage for two of the best in-ring performers in the world. Styles defeated Samoa Joe and Rey Mysterio in a triple threat match and then took out Baron Corbin later that same night to earn this chance at his first Universal title.

Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Lacey Evans

Just one night after her historic win in the main event of WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch was introduced to Lacey Evans. The following week, in her first televised match, Evans earned the right to challenge for Becky’s Raw Women’s Championship when she defeated Natalya in a No. 1 contender’s match. The two have crossed paths on numerous occasions with Lacey holding her own against the dual champ.

SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair

It seemed as if Charlotte Flair was setting herself up to challenge Becky Lynch once Lacey Evans had taken her turn but that didn’t turn out to be the case. Instead of defending one title, Lynch decided to defend both in one night and will once again battle Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match

For the third straight year, the women’s division will get their own Money in the Bank Ladder Match as Ember Moon, Bayley, Mandy Rose, Dana Brooke, Natalya and Naomi will join former winners Carmella and Alexa Bliss for a shot at the MITB contract.

Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match

On the men’s side of things, this year’s Money in the Bank match will feature Ricochet (just watch the show for this performance), Finn Balor, Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin, Ali, Andrade, Randy Orton and Sami Zayn. Zayn won his way into the match this past Monday on Raw by defeating Braun Strowman in a falls count anywhere match … albeit with a little help from Corbin and McIntyre. Strowman may not be in the match, but he’s likely to get involved in some way.
