The Blue Jays Johnathan Davis dons his Superman cape for a fly ball and eight other highlights that you have to check out from Wednesday.

Before we dive into the highlights, we’d like to send our thoughts and prayers to Nick Foles and his wife, and also the four-year-old little girl who was hit by a line-drive foul ball at the Astros game.

Now, on to the highlights.

9. Little man has moves

Ah, we love our ankle-breakers here in the highlights, and when we came across this one, we just had to include it in the highlights.

8. “Who got it?”

Communication is key when playing baseball, and apparently, these Boston Red Sox had a breakdown against the Indians. At least they were able to laugh it off.

7. The “Kawhi please don’t leave” memes have already started

OK, this not a highlight, but we’d like to point out that the “Kyle Lowry begging Kawhi Leonard not to leave memes” has already commenced, and this one by @SGK_Crimson is setting the meme bar high.

6. Fly, Leury, fly!

When balls fly on the Southside of Chicago, you better believe that White Sox center fielder Leury Garcia will be out there to snag it in his glove.

5. Hunter Jones is not human

The Harrisburg Senators is a highlight machine, and once again, they show us that some of baseball’s best highlights are not regulated to The Show.

4. Just call him Mr. Santander

On a hot, humid evening in Norfolk, the Tides’ Anthony Santander is quietly making his case to be called up to The Show.

3. Natasha Howard plays bully ball

Natasha Howard of the Seattle Storm is showing the Minnesota Lynx how bully ball is played.

2. Cipolla James has moves

I don’t know why some folks don’t take Lacrosse seriously? With the moves that Ohio State’s Cipolla James put on display on Wednesday, it will make you a fan of the beautiful game.
