Here is everything you need to know heading into this week’s edition of WWE 205 Live for June 18 airing on the WWE Network.

The big news going into 205 Live this week is exactly who will be facing Tony Nese for the Cruiserweight Title. Last week’s fatal-four way match between Oney Lorcan, Akira Tozawa, Drew Gulak and Humberto Carrillo left us without a clear-cut winner or an opponent for Neese.

The Superstars managed to bring everyone to their feet with the high-flying, non-stop action that only 205 Live can deliver. But in the closing moments of the match Gulak and Tozawa were caught up in a small package where both men’s shoulders were on the mat. This left quite a bit of confusion on exactly who won the match.

General manager Drake Maverick will need to make a decision regarding the next in line for a shot at Nese’s Cruiserweight title especially if a 205 Live match is expected to be on the WWE Stomping Grounds PPV (or pre-show) this Sunday. More than likely a singles match between Tozawa and Gulak will be Tuesday’s main event.

Another big story coming out of last week’s 205 Live was the appearance of Chad Gable as an active competitor on the brand. He and Gentleman Jack Gallagher opened the show with a technical match that even had SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley glued to the screen to watch the action.

Gable’s placement on the 205 Live brand gives him the opportunity to breath new life into his sometimes up, sometimes down career. It’ll be interesting to see where he is placed on this week’s programming.

Still more big news for 205 Live is the fact that after weeks of teasing that their contracts with WWE were going to expire, Mike and Maria Kanellis resigned with five-year deals. On the heels of that big news, both Mike and Maria took over the official Twitter feed of 205 Live for over an hour last week. They answered fan questions and put themselves over with plenty of pictures and video. Could this be a turning point for the duo?

One thing is for sure, there will be plenty of action as always when the superstars take to the ring on 205 Live this Tuesday on WWE Network.
