A look at the start time, match card, live stream info and more for the 2019 edition of WWE Extreme Rules.

Just a few weeks after the inaugural Stomping Grounds pay-per-view event, WWE is right back at it with the 2019 edition of Extreme Rules.

Just about every major title in WWE is on the line this Sunday in Philadelphia, including two in one match as Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch put their respective championships on the line in a “winner takes all” mixed tag bout against Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans. The WWE Championship and SmackDown Women’s Championship titles will also be on the line as Kofi Kingston defends against Samoa Joe and Bayley has her work cut out for her in a 2-on-1 handicap match with Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross.

Both sets of tag titles are on the line, as are some of the midcard titles, and there’s also a number of big grudge matches on the docket, one of which includes the return of The Undertaker, who teams up with Roman Reigns to take on Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon in a no holds barred match.

Here’s a look at everything you need to know for the 2019 edition of WWE Extreme Rules.

WWE Extreme Rules 2019 match card

Aleister Black vs. Cesaro

Cesaro revealed himself as the one who knocked on Aleister Black’s door, answering his open challenge for Extreme Rules, this past Tuesday on SmackDown Live and these two athletic big men will go one-on-one this Sunday in a match that has a strong chance to steal the show.

Braun Strowman vs. Bobby Lashley (Last Man Standing Match)

Following the shocking segment to open Monday Night Raw a couple of weeks back, which saw both of these behemoths slam through the stage set and get carted off in ambulances, Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman will settle things at Extreme Rules when they square off in a last man standing match.

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak vs. Tony Nese

Drew Gulak finally got over the hump with his WWE Cruiserweight Championship victory at Stomping Grounds in a triple threat match. However, the man who will be the hometown favorite this Sunday didn’t pin former champion Tony Nese to win the title and Nese is coming for what he still claims is rightfully his.

Raw Tag Team Champions The Revival vs. The Usos

The last match to be added to the Extreme Rules card, The Revival will defend their Raw Tag Team Championship against The Usos, who have been a thorn in the side of the champs for quite some time now.

SmackDown Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan & Rowan vs. Big E & Xavier Woods vs. Heavy Machinery (Triple Threat Match)

On the blue side of the tag division, SmackDown Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan and Rowan find themselves in the off-putting position of having to defend their belts in a triple threat match, meaning that they don’t even have to be involved in the decision to lose … just like what happened as Bryan watched Otis from Heavy Machinery pin Xavier Woods on Tuesday in a singles triple threat. Heavy Machinery are looking for their first tag title run while The New Day will be aiming for reign number six.

The Undertaker & Roman Reigns vs. Shane McMahon & Drew McIntyre (No Holds Barred Match)

Following Roman Reigns’ victory over Drew McIntyre at Stomping Grounds, Shane McMahon and McIntyre weren’t satisfied with letting things go and once again ganged up on Roman the following night on Raw. And who came into make the save? None other than The Undertaker, whom it was thought that Reigns once retired following their encounter at WrestleMania a few years back.

Now The Deadman and The Big Dog will team up for the first time ever and it’s likely that all of the others who have been involved in this crazy summer program will get into things as well, especially with the no holds barred stipulation.

United States Champion Ricochet vs. AJ Styles

After Ricochet won the United States Championship from Samoa Joe at Stomping Grounds, AJ Styles was the first to step up and challenge the new champ, defeating him in a non-title bout. The following week, with the title on the line this time, Ricochet evened the score at one win each, causing Styles to snap and take out The One and Only with the help of his boys in The Club, Luke Gallows and Karl Andersen. Who will win this rubber match at Extreme Rules?

SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley vs. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross (2-on-1 Handicap Match)

SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley faces her toughest test yet as champ as she takes on Alexa Bliss and her new best friend Nikki Cross in a 2-on-1 handicap match. Bliss couldn’t get the job done at Stomping Grounds after Nikki inadvertently cost her the matchup but Cross made up for it by beating Bayley herself to get Alexa another shot and then won a Beat the Clock Challenge to add this 2-on-1 stipulation.

WWE Champion Kofi Kingston vs. Samoa Joe

After getting through Dolph Ziggler on numerous occasions, Kofi Kingston needed a new challenger and Samoa Joe was more than happy to oblige, even becoming the first to defeat Kofi in months after putting him to sleep in a recent tag match. There have been rumors that Kingston is a little banged up but this match is still on the card as scheduled. Has time run out on Kofimania?

WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins & RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Baron Corbin & Lacey Evans (Winners Take All Mixed Tag Team Extreme Rules Match)

It was clear that following the events of Stomping Grounds that a mixed tag match was coming but adding the stipulation that both Seth Rollins’ WWE Universal Championship and Becky Lynch’s Raw Women’s Championship will be on the line certainly makes things more interesting. Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans actually do make an interesting pair but if they lose, this will be the last shot either of them gets at the gold.
