DraftKings MLB picks August 16: The V’s racking up K’s

We have our second 15 game monster slate of the week for our DraftKings MLB tournaments tonight. There are a ton of good pitching options. It could take a while to get through all of this! I hope you’re comfortable and have your coffee ready!

More from FanSided

Rain: Washington(very slight), New York(slight), Philadelphia(slight), Toronto(very slight), Kansas City(moderate in late innings), Denver(very slight)

Wind: 12 mph in from right in Arlington

Hot/Humid: Washington(both), New York(very humid), Pittsburgh(humid), Philadelphia(very humid), Toronto(humid), Boston(very humid), Cincinnati(humid), Atlanta(hot), Arlington(very hot), Kansas City(both), Phoenix(very hot), Oakland(humid), Los Angeles(humid)

If the Royals don’t finish before the rain starts, they are going to have a hard time completing the game. There is a lot of good hitting weather around tonight. Good thing there’s a lot of good pitching to counteract it!

I was heavy on Sanchez and Reynaldo Lopez last night, both of whom were underwhelming. The chalk of Heaney and Sonny Gray came through in a big way. The scores were insane! I stacked the Indians twice, both going over 150, and neither placed. And this was on a slate without Coors!

These tips are based mostly on past performance. This is a nice tool for building a lineup, but should not be the only pieces of information you use. We have plenty of writers on here who give you relevant information no matter which site you play on, and we all attack the slate from different angles.
