DraftKings CFB picks August 30: You say elite, I say Taylor

DraftKings selected seven games for our DraftKings CFB slate on Friday. I always love this week since everywhere you turn, there’s college football. Once the NFL starts most people flock to that. I’m happy to stay in the realm of DraftKings CFB.

More from DraftKings

We have some good ones here with the battle for Colorado supremacy, the Holy War, and a high powered Purdue offense against the new look Nevada Wolfpack are the highlights. There’s plenty more on this DraftKings CFB slate though!

We will try to give a few options at each position. Due to regulations by DraftKings, I cannot provide a sample lineup, but any lineups I use will be formed from players mentioned in this piece. Once you start building a lineup for yourself, you can see how it all fits together.

The scoring for NCAA football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap!

The super flex replaces the defense, which is essential in college football. This is all about the offense. DraftKings CFB scoring realizes that!
