The NFL’s 100th season kicks off on Thursday night at Chicago. Here are the dates, times and TV schedule for the first week of NFL action.

It’s that time of the year again. The 2019 NFL season is on the horizon and it figures to be a year-long celebration as the league will embark on its 100th campaign.

It all starts on Thursday night at legendary Soldier Field as the reigning NFC North champion Chicago Bears welcome the rival Green Bay Packers. The teams began 2018 against each other on a Sunday night at Lambeau Field and Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers overcame a knee injury to rally his team from a 20-0 third-quarter deficit to a 24-23 win.

There’s 13 more games on Sunday and the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots kick off the year against the Pittsburgh Steelers in a prime time affair at Foxborough. As for the team that came up short on Sunday in February, the reigning NFC champion Los Angeles Rams head to Carolina to face the Panthers.

Once again, Week 1 concludes with a doubleheader on ESPN. It’s a battle of defending division champions as the New Orleans Saints host the Houston Texans. Later that night, the Oakland Raiders and Denver Broncos renew their rivalry in the Bay Area.

Here is the full TV schedule for every Week 1 NFL game.
