This is how the world’s best boss, Michael Scott, watched the Week 2 slate of SEC football games.

Saturday was a treat for me because I got to watch the Week 2 college football games with Dunder-Mifflin regional manager Michael Scott. He’s more of a hockey fan but I convinced him to watch some college football for 12 hours and we had a great time. I was able to document all of his reactions to the games and captured them in gif form.

SEC football Week 2 recaps as told through Michael Scott gifs. This will make you laugh, make you cry and make you miss The Office.

Ole Miss beats Arkansas 31-17

The Rebels may not get another SEC win this year so they are enjoying beating up on a really bad Arkansas team. They are noble and wish the Hogs well in their long journey of bad.

South Carolina beats Charleston Southern 72-10

The Gamecocks had a brutal Week 1 loss to North Carolina in the final seconds. Playing Charleston Southern is a significant drop in competition and let South Carolina get some confidence back they were moved to dance.

Vanderbilt loses 42-24 to Purdue

Vanderbilt is going to have a rough year. Getting run off the field by Purdue’s passing attack doesn’t bode well for the ‘Dores as they enter SEC season.

Texas A&M loses 24-10 to Clemson

Oh boy, the Aggies got beat up like Clemson was trying to steal their lunch money. Not only did they lose, but they were man-handled by the reigning national champions, leaving several Texas A&M players limping off the field, including Kellen Mond.

Mississippi State beats Southern Mississippi 38-15

Mississippi State is back to owning the state. They might be a bit better than those outside Starkville believed entering the season.

Alabama beats New Mexico State 62-10

Just another day at the office for Tua Tagovailoa, Jerry Jeudy, Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Georgia beats Murray State 63-17

Not much to say about this one. Georgia is good. Murray State is not so much.

Tennessee loses to BYU 29-26 2OT

The gif really says it all. After the Vols lost in Week 1 vs. Georgia State, they drop a heart-breaker to BYU in double overtime. Tennessee had a 99.6 percent chance of victory with less than 30 seconds before BYU got a 64-yard pass and won in overtime.

LSU beats Texas 45-38

Don’t look now but LSU has a quarterback for the first time in a long time. Joe Burrow is the real deal and this offensive scheme is the real deal. Can they beat Alabama? We’ll see about that, but scoring this year appears to be within their grasp.

Auburn beats Tulane 24-6

After the heroics vs. Oregon in the opener, Auburn beat Tulane in a game no one outside the Plains really cared too much about.

Florida beats UT Martin 45-0

After a week off last week, the Gators were back and looked much better than their Week 0 win vs. Miami. Then again, UT Martin isn’t exactly a powerhouse. But let the Gators celebrate.

Arkansas loses to Ole Miss 31-17

It’s going to get worse before it gets better, Arkansas.

Missouri beats West Virginia 38-7

Well, Missouri didn’t lose this week, which is a plus after losing to Wyoming in the opener. Things are moving in the right direction, but West Virginia is really bad. Is Missouri good? Are they just decent? Did they just beat a bad team? I’m overwhelmed thinking about the possibilities.

Kentucky beats Eastern Michigan 38-17

Kentucky has one good season and they think they belong with Georgia and Florida in the SEC East. Take it easy, Cats. Beat Florida again this weekend and you’ll be showered with praise.
